We at PBK believe there is a more efficient solution to produce food and that even little improvements can have a significant impact. We layer in plant-based fats, carbohydrates, flavors, minerals, and fruit and vegetable-based colors using a simple process of heating, cooling, and pressure to replicate the fibrous feel of animal based products. The end result is  tasty plant based chicken and meat made entirely from plants.
